Tums helps alleviate minor stomach problems. However it does not help for anything which causes a lot of pain. It helps with minor annoyances. Yes it does help some pain go away, but it isnt pain that is unbearable, it is just as easy to wait out the pain.

Let me make this short and clear: I was extremely happy on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo. Lutera has screwed me over in so many ways. For starters, I have never had a serious acne problem in my life and just three days ago my boyfriend came over and called me pizza face. Its really good. It helps me relax and I have less pain. I didn't know it was used for anxiety until recently, and now I understand how it works with my muscle spasms. I would reccommend it to others that are having muscle pains. It helps me sleep and makes me feel much better.
