I had a very hard time when I first started the Cipralex, You name the side effect I had it, nausea, lack of appetite, problems with sleeping, crazy vivid dreams, dizzy, couldnt concentrate, anxiety (which i never had before). Those got better after about 2-3 wks of being on it. I was having the problem of tiredness so my doctor increased my dose so I take a half tab before bed. I had the same horrible stomach/nervous system experiences with Candex and other enzyme products. I even dumped out most of the capsule to attempt a staggering dosage regimen. I quit for over a year, but because my candida problems continue, even with the candida diet, probiotics, and coconut oil, I am trying it again. But same reaction. I wish naturopaths would look into this problem more.

Without it on a daily basis, I will develop hives. If I am consistent, hives will not appear. The only draw back is having to see a doctor to refill the prescription as there is not an over the counter drug that emulates it.
