Have been on 200 mg Zoloft for five years and it's effect were beginning to wane. My doctor weaned me down to 100 mg of Zoloft and added 50 mg Pristiq approximately three month ago. I use this ingredient as part of an Ayurvedic Sleep tea. This combination of Holy Basil, common herbs and Ashwaganda and Gotu Kola has helped greatly with my sleep problems. Insomnia used to be a problem 3-4 times a week. Now it is rare to occasional.

I take Meloxicam daily for arthritis pain in my hand and the pain is much better even though it does hurt from time to time. I have also noticed that my knee which used to give me a lot of pain no longer hurts. My wife says I don't whine anymore
