At first I didn't really have any side effects.Then about a month into the pack,I noticed I was very irritable,moody,short tempered and slightly angry. After my two surgeries (few years apart) I received Vicodin on both occasions and yes, it did take away a great majority of the pain, however, i was puking nonstop due to the nausea that my doc only advised me to take if absolutely necessary since I was so sick due to it. I stopped using this because of the side effects. At first it was great. But then I began sleeping longer and longer. I had trouble getting up in the mornings and all I wanted to do all day was go back to bed. We adjusted the dosages which did help a little but not enough.
