I take two Advil PM and then the heartburn starts like it is stuck in my throat. I get restless and the pain does not go away. I toss and turn until I am so tired that I finally go to sleep.

I've consumed pomegranates not so much as for prescribed health reasons, but for a healthy diet. Although I have not seen any negative side effects as a result of consuming pomegranates, I have not seen any benefits either.

I was taking it to assist with weight loss and took it for about 45 days or more until I noticed the side effects of constipation (which I do not normally have) and gas. I have stopped taking it about 4 days ago, once I researched the side effects. I was trying to determine why I was having the abdominal problems. It is not painfull constipation but very infrequent. However my appetite was decreasing while taking the 5HTP. I am now trying to get it oujt of my system.

prilosec otc worked fairly well for me. i'm not having stomach pains & heartburn as i was before. the only things i really noticed are i take the pill in the morning everyday. by the time it is the next morning, i feel the pain again until i take the pill. i'm hoping after the 14 day treatment that this does not occur because i will not be able to take the pills anymore. it is my 7th day on the pill & i've expierienced a piercing, stabbing headache in the back of my head & behind...
