Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. This birth control is possibly the worst ever made. I never had ANY problems with Seasonique and I switched to Quasense for insurance reasons. I would never recommend this to a friend. CONSTANT breakthrough bleeding, never know when to catch it, bad effects on sex life and low energy. Try any other form of birth control but this. By reading other reviews on the internet I'm sure that I am not alone.

I was previously on Effexor and have found Wellbutrin to be more effective for my case. Side effects are much less and my energy level is better. I have returned to a healthier weight and have a better control of my deppression

I suffer from an overactive thyroid problem and am aged 35, I never used to get any side affect from Carbimazole. After stopping taking the tablets for a few years I am back on them again. However, I cannot take them without being violently sick.
