Prednisone makes me jittery, and gives me hot flashes intermittantly with chills. However, when weighing the benefits against the side effects, it is very much worth it.

I was on Depo-Provera for 14 years, the first year I had occasional spotting for a period and then no period for 13 years. I started taking Atenolol to stabilize my blood pressure. I have been taking high blood pressure medication for years and this helps to stabilize it with little to no side effects.

I noticed some initial weight loss, but have not seen the promised (or out of the ordinary) weight loss. Slight increased energy levels, but nothing great. Don't yet think that I would recommend it for anything but antioxidants.
