This is being given to my child to fight a MRSA infection that required surgery. We are hoping to get her switched out of it if her MRSA is susceptible to something else, as the side effects are really unpleasant. Her finger and toe joints are swelling and itchy; she throws up unless given anti-nausea meds; she's not eating; she sleeps a ton. That said, MRSA is also very unpleasant so sometimes you have to do what you have to do.

I started taking advair 250 because of coughing and some wheezing at night. It stopped the coughing and improved seasonal allergies, initially. Could not get into a deep sleep. Advair caused me to have an incredibly dry mouth. It lowered my immune system. I rarely get sick. I was sick constantly, I would just get better and would get sick again immediately. Humira

I have been very please with Humira. When I was diagnosed with RA and PSA, I wasn't sure I could ever get relief. I was wrong. Within 2 weeks my Psoriasis cleared completely and the pain, swelling, and fatigue lifted shortly thereafter. I have to admit, it is not a pleasure to always know I have to give myself the shot, but the relief I get outweighs the fear. I actually have a life back. Muscle sprains seemed to always occur when excercising of overexerting myself. That now happens half as least frequently.

Ultram

The Ultram caused slight dizziness in the beginning which stopped after taking it for a while. It caused really significant memory problems initially. Now, when taking the medication, I mix my words up sometimes; but I do not feel confused. I can pretty much function normally. But I would use this drug cautiously in the elderly! Ortho Tri-Cyclen

Ortho-tricyclen has prevented pregnancy. However, part of the reason I started taking it was to clear up acne and regulate my menstrual cycle. I still have mild acne, and I still have slightly irregular periods.

Albuterol

Albuterol definitely helps with breathing difficulty/asthma attacks. However, it does make me jittery initially after use.
