When I first started Effexor (at 37.5mg), it was like a Godsend. I felt immediately like things were going to change with my life. I have been using Advil PM for quite sometime now...(even though I know I shouldnt take it that often).. My right leg is now feeling restless ..like its coming back from falling asleep...but throughout the whole day...Ive had this for a month now...I'm glad I found this forum...After reading this, I am not going to take advil PM anymore....Any other experiences?

I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.
