I've ttried several pills over the past couple of years due the awful cramps I get before my period and none of them worked for me. My name is Kylie, I am 19. I had my first Gardasil shot at age 16 on 4/5/07 and have been sick ever since. To start, this is the most painful shot I've ever experienced. I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.
