I started taking Yaz to treat my ovarian cyst problem. My doctor basically asked me which BC I wanted to be on and that was the only one I had heard of. I was taking Darvocet as a substitute for Vicodin because I was having too much Delirium and Nausea with Vicodin. I have a high tolerance to pain killers and when I was taking Darvocet it had no noticeable effect on the pain. I eventually stopped taking the pills because the small amount of pain relief I received was not worth the nausea and delirium I was getting from the drug.

I have been taking carbimazole for one week now and Iam on 40mgs one day. my T4 level is 36. My shakes and fast heart beat is now ok but my eyes are still swollen. I have Graves disease and I will be happy to try other treatement such as the naturopath.....can you tell us how did you go about getting your naturopath treatment? I m really tired of getting this swollen and eye lids..

Advil is a great OTC medication for minor pains. I've used it for headaches, toothaches, and menstrual cramps and it has been effective for all of them. I've never experienced negative consequences either.
