I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.

It is really good if you suffer panic attacks or depression and insomnia but I have only been married for one year and my husband is ready to leave me as my labido is non existant and we used to be very energetic in that department so id say for me anyway this is the downside to taking it

This medication was prescribed to help with my fibromyalgia. Taking this medication has slowly deteriorated my quality of life. It no longer helped with the pain so I discussed it with my physician and it was decided that I could come off this meedication. The "withdrawal" is the most difficult thing I have ever been through. I thought I was dying. I have an appointment with a nuerologist becase my doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. It got so bad that I couldn't hold a cup or write because I had such bad tremors. Anxiety disrupted my life completely. First day I have gone with out it and the first day I have not had tremors....

Tussionex sucks in comparison to the hydrocodone/guaifenesin combo products taken off the market. It's time release properties are crap, it doesn't work. The antitussive properties of the hydrocodone component are far less apparent than in previous formulas. Also, very expensive.

Plan B is a great emergency contraceptive. It is accessible and relatively effective. However, it is pricey at 50 bucks and caused some hormonal imbalances that affected me emotionally as well as causing irregularity in my menstrual cycle.
