The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. I have only been taking Pristiq for 5 days, I have noticed a change for the better in my overall mood. I love that I have no appetite, as I really need to loose some weight. But the nausea is really bad and I have blurred vision which really bothers me. Also, I feel like I can get to sleep faster than usual, but I wake up early and can't get back to sleep. I am going to give it atleast a couple of weeks and hope that the nausea and blurred vision get better.
