Children's Tylenol is very effective in reducing fever and relieving aches and pains for my children during the times they had fever or flu-like symptoms. However, I noticed that for my 11 year old daughter, she had hallucinations on two occasions after taking Tylenol. I'm not sure if that is due to Tylenol or because of her fever.

Toprol is very effective and keeps my heart rate low, which is what I need it to do. I just wish there was a way to take this medication and not be tired all the time. I assume it is such a problem because of the high dosage I am on, but I still would love to have more energy regardless.

Follow up to my original post: After the sixth week of taking the Zyflamend, and no return of the rosacea, I called my doctor, and the upshot is that he didn't think that it's being a COX2 inhibitor was a problem in and of itself (Vioxx was a unique problem), and said that he couldn't find Z., on the FDA's watch list, so I should feel free to experiment with no worries that he could predict. I too am hyperthyroid. I was prescribed carbimazole and had an allergic reaction with a skin rash which erupted within days. I then was prescribed PTU, propylithouacil which I initially took at a very high dosage, namely 12 tablets/day and after several weeks lost my taste completely and had bad headaches. My consultant reduced the dosage to two/day after 2 months as I had gone underactive. I gradually regained my taste but then developed pains in my arms so bad I couldn't sleep on my sides... I had a urine infection {my own fault not drinking enough } so was very grateful with the speed that flucloxacillin worked. I feel very sure that the skin and nail problems I have now are some kind of side effect from the flucloxacillin though. I had never had anything remotely like this before and it started three days into treatment .
