Using Carbilev for many years has improved my quality of life but I needed Sinemet 200mg at night so that I could function if I got up during the night. Was on Pexola for several years then did not do so well and came off and started Stelivo. Stelivo was used with Carbilev for about 6 months. I experienced a Pulmonary Embolism in my right lung. While at the hospital, the histology department ran 5 tests on me to see if I have a genetic condition. It turns out I have a condition called Lupus Anticoagulant, which naturally thickens my blood. I will have to on Wafarin Sodium for the rest of my life, and I have to have my INR level checked every three weeks to make sure it isn't too thick or too thin.

I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.

prozac takes so long to give relief from depression-I developed anxiety-sometimes very strong-the first 2 weeks starting this medicine-sometimes get indigestion easily

I have been taking Pristiq for 4 weeks and it has made a major difference in my quality of life. I did not experience any negative side effects but then everyone's body chemistry is different. I feel so much better! My depression has lifted and I feel as if I have come out from a dense fog after 3 years of being on Wellbutrin. It is indeed a beautiful world.

Benadryl is a great medicine to stop an allergic reaction. I take the 12.5 childrens grape chewables and usually only need to take one to stop my reaction. The only downfall is it makes me a little sleepy
