I had a very hard time when I first started the Cipralex, You name the side effect I had it, nausea, lack of appetite, problems with sleeping, crazy vivid dreams, dizzy, couldnt concentrate, anxiety (which i never had before). Those got better after about 2-3 wks of being on it. I was having the problem of tiredness so my doctor increased my dose so I take a half tab before bed. It’s the best ADHD medication I have ever taken! It works so well for me and I have the best concentration. It works for about 4 hours at a time and during that time I can pay attention 100%. It has been such a blessing for me! I went from getting C’s to getting As and Bs.
