Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. I am happy with this regime, but only consider the long term side effects (if any). Can I safely increase the dosage for additional benefits or is there any long term side effect? As for me, I do... It feel much better when I take the Cymbalta. I would tell anyone to take it if they needed to. The only problem I have had with Cymbalta is that I have unusual vivid dreams. I think a combination of my anxiety and the Cymbalta had made me gain some weight.

I have no option but to take prednisone but it has destroyed the skin on my legs and it is now paper-thin. I have numerous bruises and am prone to skin-tearing and as a resukt, cellulitis. Prednisone also caused severe cataracts which almost cost me my eye-sight, it has weakened my bones, and elevated my heart beat.

I had a section of my arm with 2nd and 3rd degree burns and got blood poisoning from it. The burn healed quickly and is almost unnoticeable, considering how bad it could have been! I was very pleased with this product.
