I have been taking this drug for about 3 years and I have had not many severe symptoms or adverse reactions. It has fufilled the prescribed purpose- preventing pregnancy. My only complaint is more bloating than I had prior to birth control and a decreased sex drive (but maybe that's a good feature- as it would help prevent getting pregnant).

I have had a great experience with Femcon because it controls my endometriosis and regulates my period. I have had a bad experience with other birth controls. I was a lunatic on Loestrin so I was relieved when I found Fem con.

I turned 65 this July 28. Five years ago I had, and used weekly, a fitness club membership. I went Kayaking, camping, fishing, walking, played volleyball, and hosted/attended a variety of writing/poetry venues. For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. I wish...I can change the dosages...I wish,I could take naturals medications for my anxieties,without any side effects and withdrawals...it would help a lot more,with my anxieties.The main causes of my anxieties...is the withdrawals and sides effects of medications. NATURALS would be better !
