Indocin has been a miracle drug for me. It was first prescribed during a severe episode of bursitis over 20 years ago after numerous other prescriptions had failed. When I started taking Benzaclin, I didn't have any insurance coverage so I paid over 150 dollars for a tube of it. While it was very effective and did not dry out my skin, I could only use it for a short time because I couldn't afford it!

I had many of the side effects listed for Advair. They started slowly until the 26 day I developed a painful red swollen tonsil...I couldn't swallow without pain. My voice was hoarse, I had feverish chills, parts of my body became numb and I was tired all the time. Started taking this primarily because migraines were out of control (2+/week lasting 1-3 days) and their intensity seemed to covary with night sweat severity. Gynecologist agreed that migraines might be due to low estrogen. Within 3 weeks--Stopped 90% of the migraines and reduced the intensity of those that remained. Night sweats stopped completely. Unexpected benefits were much better sleep and moderately improved mental clarity.
