I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? I have used Azo over the years for UTI's but not for a whole week. I found out that using it a whole week caused me to have a reaction. Severe lowe back pain and pelvic pain. Must be allergic to the dye they use.

I love this kind of Vicks! It's perfect for clearing up my nose during allergy season. I can also see clearer and my sneezing and itchy throat are all gone. I've only had good experiences with Vick's.

I had a very bad cough during my finals week and when I went to the doctor he gave me a cough medicine with codeine in it. It still took a while for the cough to go away, and I could only take the medicine at night, but it made it so I actually got rest and got rid of my cough
