Vyvanse is the best medication I have tried for ADD. I have some insomnia, which I could deal with and which may go away over time. I have taken the drug for 9 days now. My major problem is urgency to urinate, frequent urination and no relief. This awful feeling I will not be able to abide. I have submitted a sample to check for a UTI, but I probably don't have one. I am only taking this once per day instead of twice as that seems to be enough although I need to check with my doctor about doing that. Sometimes I take it twice when I know I will be visiting someone with cats

Started taking Topamax on vacation to gradually get up to full dose. Went very slowly--got to full dosage at about 4 weeks. I lost weight, but tried to stick with it because the migraines were so bad, but it only reduced them a little bit.
