I like miralax because I am able to just add it to my morning coffee. However, it causes me to have gas very often and I do not like that. It also causes you to go to the bathroom more often, which can be annoying.

I took MARAX as a child in 60's, early 70's for asthma. I found it effective, but found it to cause a (to me, scary) side effect my doctor never mentioned: Marax caused me to "see stars" upon rising from sitting position; to the point that this "visual static" (similar to analog TV picture after station goes off the air) made it impossible to see, momentarily, upon rising. Benzamycin was great in fighting my acne and clearing up my complexion. However, after a couple of weeks my skin began to get very dry and irritated in certain areas. I even use a moisturizer but the chemicals are too hard on my skin. I may just have sensitive skin. Regardless, it is a good medication for chronic acne.

Sudafed relieved all the symptoms I had from a head cold. I had felt so much sinus pressure and sudafed completely got rid of it. However, I recommend you use "non drowsy" as any other form will completely knock you out! It gets the job done and doesn't let you do anything else.,

I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago and which has been severe. I was prescribed with Solpodol approx three years ago and intially found these helped enormously. Unfortunately, I am now 'hooked' on Solpodol taking 8 tablets a day, every day and the IBS has come back with avengance. I have also contacted a severe and nasty rash in the vulva area about a year ago and have had to have a biopsy which I am waiting the result - wonder if this a direct cause of the tablets?
