The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I decided my senior year that after suffering irregular and severly painful and stressful menstral cycles and being in a three year relationship I should start considering birth control. I am very disappointed with Gelnique. Doesn't give me any relief. Will go back to taking Oxybunin Chloride Tablets. They don't work perfectly but much better than Detrol or Toviaz which don't work at all. I have suffered from Urge Incontinence all my life and it is a most frustrating, embarassing condition. And it is $69.00 after my prescription insurance pays. Tablets are much cheaper but more dry mouth and other side effects.
