During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.

I have been on Mirena since November of 2009 and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I am not a person that usually writes on these blogs and bashes products, because I believe that every person is different and reacts differently to medications! But OH MY GOSH! anemia makes me weak and pale with the loss of blood cells, but iron helps to replenish them and makes me feel better

I've used other over the counter stuff such as abreva, blistex, among other stuff, but nothing comes close to Herplex. As soon as I feel a burning sensation on my lip I take the Herplex and within 3-4 days is dry and gone..
