Benadryl mildly helped my allergies but it made me very drowsy and out of of it especially the "Benadryl for Severe allergies" that I even fainted while I was at a doctor's appointment. No other medicine has ever made me so drowsy and I had never fainted before in my life. For these reasons I do not think I will take Benadryl again.

My nutritionist recommended Zyflamend to me for my fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondilitis as well as osteoarthritis which I have had for thirty years. I've been searching everywhere to see if anyone else has had the same violent physical reaction to Candex. I am happy I found this page with a couple of posters who have had identical side effects. A year ago, I was put on a regimen of vitamins, fish oil, probiotics, etc., and completely cleaned up my diet. It was recommended that I also introduce Candex, which I did. Anything to feel better!
