One time I had a cold and I took some Vitaminc C to boost my immune system and it felt as thought the cold was shorter, but I am 100% sure that it was because of the vitamin C and not other cold medications I was taking at the time.

This if one horrid product for about 1/2 the people that use it. I am a senior so when I go shopping I ask heavier or older people if they take it and if there are any side effects. About half say yes or they know someone on it that has problems. My Urine had got very smelly, so bad one had to wash after urinating or the stench came through ones clothing. I am breastfeeding my son, so these pills were a good option for birth control. When I was on estrogen containing pills, I developed painful cystic acne which left scars, and since Jolivette, I haven't had one pimple. The only things I do not like about Jolivette are a decrease in my breast milk supply, a constant absence of periods, oily hair, and horrible migraines that cannot be helped by otc pain relievers that can last for hours.

Zyflemend really helped with my inflammation. But I had to stop using it because I began to have heart palpitaions, and my heart pounded so. It got so bad that I thought I was having a heart attack. I stopped and started back using it several times to be sure that the zyflemend is what was causing this to happen. And everytime I stopped using it for a few days, the palpitations and pounding would go away.
