I used Mononessa for about 3-4 months. I started back in late February and ended in June. Over that time, I had very intense mood swings and many crying episodes. I usually am a very positive person and I could not get into a good mental place. I was also vomiting much more often and I experienced several intense headaches and multiple mild ones in a month. Claritin-D 24 hour has been the best remedy for my allergies for years. I also find that the Claritin that treats "allergy and congestion" is more effective than simple the "allergy" tablets.

Children's Tylenol is very effective in reducing fever and relieving aches and pains for my children during the times they had fever or flu-like symptoms. However, I noticed that for my 11 year old daughter, she had hallucinations on two occasions after taking Tylenol. I'm not sure if that is due to Tylenol or because of her fever.
