I was diagnosed with juvenile osteoporosis at a very young age. I broke a number of bones in my chest, back, feet, and arms. I wore a back brace for many years because I kept breaking bones in my back and my chest. I have been taking calcium ever since and my calcium levels have stabilized. I’m doing much better and I don’t break bones as much as I used to as a kid.

When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. I did gain a little weight but i think it is starting to come off (I've been on Femcon for about 5 months now). I have tried other birth control pills before and they were not for me. mummy had said it would be good to help detox and that it would be a good substitute for reg tea (caffeine!)I'm not sure i liked anything about it -tasted horrible

when i had angular stomatisis, i was told i had low HB and was given vitB12 as a supplement to help, me when i feel abit dizzy or weak, however it does not work immediately, but i think the psychology of knowing that it will help, also helps me.
