To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. Zegerid has made my ankles swell. I am guessing it is the extra sodium it contains. It has helped my belching problem, however, it has contributed to a higher blood pressure reading.

Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. I have been on Simcor @1000mg/20mg for 1 year and my test results in the lab are meeting mine and Dr.'s goals set but I emphasize lab reports. I am curious if anyone has had any physical effects such as tingling and numbness of the fingers especially at nightime. I also have a servere pain in the "funny bone" area. Retin A completely dried out my skin to the point where I didn't even want to use it. The skin around my eyes was dry and red and it hurt to even blink. I was only prescribed to use it every other day and i could only use it two or three times a week because my face would hurt so bad. I got red, peeling, and the dry skin. Nothing helped. I stayed on it to see if anything would get better (since i was told it would go from worse to better) and nothing happened. I wasn't happy with this.

I was constantly complaining about pain in my arthritis knuckles, hands and knees sister said here try this (Penetrex) my husband swears by it i said no, I have tried "Australian Dream" and it did not work and it was a rip off again she insisted that I try Penetrex next morning she inquired about my arthritis-- I said you know I forgot about my knuckles because they don't hurt !! Since taking Esipram my emotions have levelled out and the rollercoaster ride has levelled too. I still get bouts of a downer but nothing to the extent of before. I know when I am starting to sink because I get extremely tired during the day but it only lasts a couple of days now, so I know what to expect. I can also watch sad or emotional movies without getting teary but still have a level of feelings, so haven't become a cold, hard person.
