I have been coughing frequently and violently for approximately 10 years now. I used Flovent for several years and it has not stopped my cough at all. IAt my insestence I was recently given samples of Advair 250mcg from my pulmonologist. He did not believe it would stop my coughing. I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. It was due to stress at work, and my Doctor told me the drug would bring my neurotransmitters together, that the stress had knocked apart. It saved my life, as I was suicidal. my legs swelled and went heavy. I'm 24 yrs old and I took the 3 Gardasil shots, I had not immediate side effects until about 2 weeks after my last shot I started feeling week, tired and sleeping more than usual. I have been taking this drug on and off for almost 15 years. I have tried all kinds of other similar drugs and I always come back to plain of generic prozac. my Doc tells me that lots of her patients do also...it just works the best and keeps me steady.
