I had a very hard time when I first started the Cipralex, You name the side effect I had it, nausea, lack of appetite, problems with sleeping, crazy vivid dreams, dizzy, couldnt concentrate, anxiety (which i never had before). Those got better after about 2-3 wks of being on it. I was having the problem of tiredness so my doctor increased my dose so I take a half tab before bed. Excedrin works fact and it's affordable. The size of the pill is a somewhat too large but otherwise it's a great solution to my migraines. I have been using Excedrin for some time now and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
