I am prescribed Vigamox when I have Conjunctivitis and it begins working right away. The redness in my eye was cleared up within a couple of hours. I recommend not putting in contacts if you are a contact wearer for at least two days when using Vigamox because you can never be completely sure that your pink eye is gone.

Has anyone experienced severe diarrhea from the Zyflamend? After taking it for 5 weeks and experiencing little relief of my back and leg pain I now have had diarrhea for several days. I have discontinued the Zyflamend and wonder how long it takes for the diarrhea to stop.

Took it for 6 months starting with a high dosage to treat pericarditis. I kept to a strict diet and only gained 5 lbs during the 6 months but the other side effects were awful. Developed severe joint pain from head to toe and had leg and foot cramps. I would wake at night in terrible pain that was awful enough to leave me crying. I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.
