When I first started taking it the pill started to regulate my cycle but did not help with the painful cramps and bleeding that I was having. After about a year on the pill my cycles became irregular again and we tried several other birth control methods to see if it would regulate and I did not have any success. I still believe that this is the best birth control pill on the market though

TriNessa has been a great help. It helps regulate my period. I now know exactly what day I am going to start and end. That is one reason I love it! Also TriNessa helps keep my skin cleared! I was never prescribed this drug, but my boyfriend was. I took it occasionally while writing my thesis. I call them "focus pills", since the effect of one will allow me to focus on my studies for 8-10 hours without taking a break. The mind is really clear while experiencing the effect of this drug, but the feeling is addictive. I almost got hooked on them, which is particularly dangerous if you don't have a prescription.

Don't get ther anymore shots, the only thing that might happen is your doctor might become obnoxious. If that happens look for a new doctor. Gardasil almost killed my daughter go to the truthaboutgardasil.org and read her story. Also search vaers data base. Look of the 3 hpv vaccines they looped two of them apart. I guess so it doesn't show so many injuries.

I have recently removed the ring after a few months because of the increased pain and discomfort in my chest. Such soreness that woke me up in the middle of the night if I rolled over on my chest. My doctor put me on Nuva Ring to regulate my cycle and decrease the Ovarian Cysts. I experience very difficult periods that are extremely painful... However, I am prepared to deal with that if it means that this very painful discomfort ceases.
