I'm about to start using Testim. My T-levels have dropped from 278 to 208 in since January. I've been working out with a trainer have lost 40 lbs in the past 6 months so the doc is having me try this. Honestly, I'm hoping this really helps. I've tried really hard the past few years to lose weight and keep it off and I do sense some depression. I will use this site to blog anonymously hoping that others can benefit. Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.

I loved Mononessa except for having somewhat frequent yeast infections (about 1 every 3 months). Also, sometimes my skin would get extremely sensitive. Like when I went to wax my eyebrows the skin would literally come off and when I brushed my teeth the skin in my mouth would peel off. My skin would only get like that every once in a while and it would stay like that for about a week.
