I only take Tylenol cold/sinus when I'm sick so I don't have many experiences with it, but the times I have taken it, it has been ineffective.

I found it to be the cleanest drug for mental health. Weight gain is slight . Its more wanting to eat than gaining the weight so discipline is good. I have just been on abilify and thought it to be notorious. Absolutely terrible, for me. I have gone back to Amisulpride. Even though i am male i lactate on this drug. Also have breast enlargement and sexual dysfunction. This may sound bad, but it is better than the torture of paranoia. Its a fantastic drug as long as you are consistent with it.

DHC works wonders!! Nothing like Codiene at all, so don't worry folks! Also* There is no ceiling effect like codeine! On the negative side, tolerance can build within days. If I were to make a comparison for those who haven't heard of Dihydrocodeine; I'd says it's the UK's version of our "Hydrocodone (Vicodin,etc)". The two are quite similar. With Bactrim (generic) I get immediate relief from my chronic prostatitis symptoms. However, during my last two bouts with this condition, I have also had my high blood pressure drop into the normal range. The first time, the drop was extreme so that I discontinued the high blood pressure medication for about 3 months before it returned.
