Elavil seems to get me out of my mood swings. I fell like my life is more in control and I have more confidence. I am able to do the daily chores and am able to concentrate better at work. It did give me mild headaces before, at he beginning, but in couple of weeks I got used to this drug. I am very dependent on it because if I skip a dose, I get moody and irritated.

Have been on Carbimazole for just over six months.It was slowly reduced from 40mgs daily to 20mgs after two months. Then after five months found to be over medicated reduced to 10mgs. The symptoms i had whilst being over medicated were extreme exhaustion, dizziness and insomnia to mention a few.I also have severe hot flushes that come every two hour at night . I was prescribed Skelaxin after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. It takes a good hour to 2 hours to really start working. I still felt some moderate back pain when taking the drug, but overall it helped me get around and do simple movements.

My 4 month old son has been diagnosed with IS. We have opted to put him on Sabril but would like to hear some testimonials, good or bad, about this treatment. We are going to try it regardless but would like to know what people have experienced so we can prepare for any possible outcome or side effect. Any information we can gain from those who have experienced this treatment is greatly appreciated.

Ibuprofen works when I need minor pain relief, although I cannot say whether or not it works because of the actual drug in the pills or as a result of the placebo effect. Either way, it makes me feel better and they're non-addictive (to me at least), so I will stand by my Ibuprofen
