Retin A completely dried out my skin to the point where I didn't even want to use it. The skin around my eyes was dry and red and it hurt to even blink. I was only prescribed to use it every other day and i could only use it two or three times a week because my face would hurt so bad. I got red, peeling, and the dry skin. Nothing helped. I stayed on it to see if anything would get better (since i was told it would go from worse to better) and nothing happened. I wasn't happy with this.

I took a max one a day multivitamin and the results seem to be working. My blood pressure seemed o have been lowered.my last bp reading was 130/73 and i was feeling a bit off.i am now feeling real good but i need to ensure that the bp s not too low.will check on that soon.

I was on synthroid from 2003 to 2006 and I still had fatigue, brain fog and was still cold all the time. I complained to my endocrinologist and since he declared my labs "perfect" he could do nothing for me, when I inquired about Armour, he said he would not prescribe it. I' pretty sure it is the levoxyl that is causing the trembling because I switched to a lower dose and it has gotten much better. The only problem is that I'm out of energy and feel cold almost all the time. I feel very hypo on the lower dose . I think I want to give Armour a go because I know I don't have to feel this way and I'm tired of it.

I have been using Nexium for a week now . The feeling of something caught in my throat is starting to go away .I have no need to take rolaids,I was eating a pack a day, I suffered for 6 months and was afraid to go the docter. I regret I waited so long . I also notice my digestive system as a whole is so much better. If you are reading this and you are suffering from acid reflux dont wait .
