withdraw VERY slowly, what the hell did this do to my mind? it took a month before i didnt feel like crap, i tapered down too quickly, its been a week, ihave psycotic daydream lack of sleep, lightheaded every 10-200 sec., but it was nice and flat for 3 yrs.

Well it worked to prevent pregnancy because there was no way I could've gotten pregnant when I couldn't even have sex since I basically had my period for a month! It's great. I had a little bit of cramping when I first started using it, but after the first couple of months that went away. My breasts grew a full cup size during this time period, and were very hot and sore during the duration. Overall, I'm pleased with Nuvaring. I don't have to worry about when to take a pill, and it's done wonders for regulating my very irregular periods.
