I suffer from fibromalgia, and depression has got worse due to relationship problems,children,bereavement. I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). I'm very happy with my experience with seroquel, i take it about 1/2 hour before bed and whithin about 15 minutes i'm asleep, i'm not drowsy upon waking in the morning.
