I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. Celebrex worked amazingly. I was completely pain free while taking it. The only negative side effect I experienced was waking up with swollen hands every morning. The swelling would last approx. 1 1/2 hours. But it was painful and I could not bend my fingers. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking Celebrex due to a sensitivity to Sulpha drugs which gives me hives.

Ditto the previous comment also submitted today. Started Prozac (then generic) on and off since it hit the market in the mid-80's. Have tried just about everything else and would have some noticeable side effect(s) always going back to Prozac. Tried those other drugs not because Proz didn't work but as new ones came on market and heard positive comments, gave them a try.
