Started have a lot of heel pain---going to a foot doctor for that now. Also pain in my hips and legs. And stiffest in the hands. Memory is worst then before taking this med as well. My doctor took me off armor because they stopped making the 15mg and I need to take a 30 and 15. So he put me on this and it is 50. I use this medicine as a blood thinner as recommended by my physician. It has given me no problems, but I don't know how well it is working for me. I feel no change.

This drug is efficient on arthritis but it should be taken during meals to avoid gastric pains. It also has various forms (injectable, dispersible tablets).

Loestrin has been effective for me. My periods are much less painful and occur less than they used to (2-3 days every month). I don't bleed hardly at all and cramps are minimal. Also, I've lost weight on Loestrin and I generally feel better.
