My daughter got the 2nd shot and she was paralized from chest down. She has Trans verse mylitis. it's been 5yrs this September. She still is partial paralized on her left side. I use Nasacort AQ when needed for allergies including stuffy nose, and to help prevent sinus infections. It works immediately and very well and I do not notice any side effects other than the slight burning in my nose when I use it.
