I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. My Daughter will be 13 in one month and received her 2nd shot of gardisil two days ago. Childrens Hospital ruled out GBS and stated my daughter was part of the 1% of the population experiencing side effect... View full comment

Holistic Benefits
Benzamycin contains benzoyl peroxide so it is quite effective in treating acne. However, the longer I used it, the dryer my skin became. I even used moisturizers and went down from two applications a day to just one. Eventually, I just had to stop taking it. Also, it does not settle on the skin well and all throughout the day I could see the benzamycin on my face even underneath makeup.
