I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing. For the last month I have notice a big change in my confidence and a little bit in my sight, but I didn't think twice about it. I just figured it was all circumstantial. For example, me being single and the date for my next eye exam coming up. But I didn't have these until I got on Lutera and now I'm wondering if they have something to do with one another? hmmm...

This is my first time using this medication. It only makes me a little bit tired, and that is sofar the only side effect I've noticed. I would definitely use it again, and recommend it.

Ventolin is very good as it is always helps improve my breathing. It helps me when I am sick as well as during allergy season. Additionally, it is quite effective to use preemptively before athletic activities. Once you are experiencing shortness of breath, it can take awhile to help you and is therefore better to use before. On the down side, it makes your heart beat fast and makes you hyper active or anxious.
