Hard to say how it would affect others. Took 18 months to control my anxiety. But it works, and keeps on working. Sadly I have lost passions for films, friends, girlfriends, and sports since taking Sertraline. It does work, but there is a price to pay

I suffer from horrible headaches. I also get tension headaches and migraines. I take preventative medication (topamax) for my migraines but sometimes I still get one here and there. When I do get a bad migraine I usually take maxalt, but when it is not available to me I stick to what work has always worked in the past and that is ibuprofen. For the typical bad headache or tension headache, 600 or 800 mg of Ibuprofen just knocks the headache right out so I do not have to repeat the dose later... View full comment

Herplex was the best. I get cold sores when under stress or with a fever. If I felt the tingle and took a couple for a day or two they would dry up immediately. Why oh why did they take it off the market.

I take depakote ER everyday. It takes the edge of the pain, but dosen't keep it away. Tried to quit, but the side effects are terrible( fatigue,nausea, dizziness,extreme headaches).

After using Tinactin spray for 3 days on my foot to treat a mild case of athletes foot (minor peeling between baby toe and the toe beside it only) i developed a bumpy, itchy rash on the skin of my foot that had come into contact with the spray powder. This medication did not help, and has only served to irritate my skin where it was applied. I loved Seasonique, until the 3rd month came alone... My period is 3 weeks early, I have horrible cramps, bad blood clots and parts of my uterus lining is coming out much more than usual. I used to be on Yasmin and went to Ocella (the generic version of Yasmin) which made me feel ill, which hasn't happened with Seasonique, but I am not sure the cramps are worth it.
