Hi, I was diagnozed with Acute Leukemia (AML) stage 2A before my daughter brought this herbs for me last year (2009). I added 5MG of this, then cut that in half, then cut THAT in half, to 10MG Lisinopril. My BP crashed (83/62), my resting heart rate was 50, and I felt as if I had to remind myself to breathe. I run 2.25 miles a day, this drug killed my sex drive totally (and I only took it for TWO WEEKS), I went back to 1/2 of a 25MG Toprol even though I hate that drug too, because my BP for some reason suddenly increased. Been taking Lyrica for GAD and tremors in my hands. It's the only medication that works for me. My anxiety is gone, and the tremors in my hands are gone with Lyrica. An unexpected side effect is I was able to quit smoking within four days of taking it. And I was a pack and a half a day smoker. It also relieves my severe back pain due to arthritis way better than anti-inflamatories do.

Mirena is incredibly convenient. The worse part would be the "installation". I experienced some cramping that same day, along with some spotting over a period of about a month, maybe two. After that, it has been such a peace of mind knowing that I don't have to "remember" to take my pills or that I have to double up this day, etc.
