I used Mononessa for about 3-4 months. I started back in late February and ended in June. Over that time, I had very intense mood swings and many crying episodes. I usually am a very positive person and I could not get into a good mental place. I was also vomiting much more often and I experienced several intense headaches and multiple mild ones in a month. Very concerned that my daughter stomach and over all sick feeling is from this series of shots - she has stoamch pains, overall feeling of sickness. - Drs cannot find anything wrong with her- we have done blood work, untrasounds, scans etc... everything comes up negative yet she still had pain- i researched the vaccine and suddenly I realized that her problems started after having these vaccine. Sudafed PE

When I get the flu, I usually try a few over the counter medicines before going to see the doctor. I've tried sudafed in the past and it works ok, but it usually makes me really drowsy. If it makes me too drowsy, I will usually switch to another cold/flu medication.

Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. I'm a runner and within 2 days of taking I had all my endurance and energy zapped. I was dizzy and it continued for months even after taking. I am now anemic and I feel all my problems started with this meds. I took it for 3 days and then a year later tried it again because my doc said it couldn't have been xyzal that caused my issues. Needless to say it did and I am still dealing with fatigue and anemia.
