it works great 3 years I have been on it and I am not pregnant! The only down side is the weight gain and a change in emotions, it makes you a little more sensitive.

I've ttried several pills over the past couple of years due the awful cramps I get before my period and none of them worked for me. One, I'm a highschool student, so my schedule is kind of all over the place, making it hard for me to take the pill a the same time every day, or remember. I do not like Junel FE. It took me awhile to realize that it was this pill that completely shot my entire sex drive. Other people may react differently toward it, but for me it was not effective. I have NO sex drive, and I'm switching to a different method of birth control right away.
