I take Sudafed when I have a head cold. It helps unplug my ears but it does not work everytime I take it. I do recommend it.

I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. I am 43 and have always weighed 8 stone and have also been lucky in being able to eat whatever I want without gaining weight. Just started my third 91 day pack. I plan to discontinue use as soon as I see my Doctor. I feel like my life has been flipped upside down since I started these pills. I though it was just me until I started putting things together and done some research on these pills. I have weight gain, bad acne, headaches, breast tenderness, depression and mood swings. I just want to feel normal and be happy again.

This drug is absolutely wonderful for improving COPD symptoms but I have had to stop using it due to the severity of the side effects: anxiety, depression, insomnia.
