I just started pristiq and have taken wellbutrin (450 mg) for a couple of years. I am taking pristiq and Wellbutrin ( 300 mg) now. Have you noticed any weight gain or sexual side effects? I have a very stressful job and have been extremely anxious and depressed. Thanks!

Vesicare has helped me with my over active bladder. Frequent bathroom visits etc. I can now go out and not worry that I might have an accident. At first I had very dry mouth which seems to have lessened. Indigestion was somewhat mild in beginning and I now do not notice it. It seems to have somewhat gone away. Consitpation is not a problem. My 15 year old daughter got 2 out of the 3 required Gardasil shots in the fall of 2009. Two weeks after her first shot, we were in the emrgency room with severe abdominal pain, weeks of tests showed nothing wrong, after her second shot the paid increased and caused a new pain in her back. I took 5mg during the day, and doubled up and took 10mg at bedtime since the higher dose caused increase drowsiness.

I was originally prescribed lortab for fibromyalgia pain. I was prescribed Lortab 10, 4 times a day but quickly began abusing it. It seemed that the longer I took it, the more I had to take to obtain the same pain relief. I abused Lortab for 1 year and as a result became physically and physchologically addicted and finally sought help at a drug rehab treatment facility. This drug is effective for acute pain but I would not recommend for patients with long term chronic pain.
